Rosalia is formulated for slow, sustained results. Because reactive skin takes time to recalibrate, we ask you to give the serum at least three weeks of daily use before evaluating.
If Rosalia isn't the right fit for your skin after 60 days of consistent use, we will refund your first bottle — no questions, no return required.

We process refunds within 5 business days of receiving your email. The refund is issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
If you'd like to exchange your bottle for a different size (e.g., 1 bottle → 3 bottles), contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll credit your original purchase toward the new order.
For 3-bottle and 6-bottle orders, the guarantee still applies — even if you've opened multiple bottles. We ask that you use one bottle for at least 21 days before requesting the refund, so the ingredients have a fair chance to work.
If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, email photos to contact@try-rosalia.com within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement at no cost.
