Rosalia ("we", "us", "our") operates try-rosalia.com (the "Store"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

When you place an order: name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone number, payment details (processed by our payment provider — we do not store card numbers).

When you interact with the Store: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referral source, cookies. We use this to improve the site and understand what customers find useful.

When you sign up for our newsletter: email address, and optionally your first name.

When you use the symptom picker on our product page: your selection is used only to display relevant content within your session. We do NOT store your symptom selections in your account or associate them with your identity unless you explicitly submit them via a form.

2. How we use your information

  • Fulfill your order (shipping, billing, customer service).
  • Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications.
  • Send marketing communications — only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link at the bottom.
  • Improve the Store's performance and content.
  • Detect and prevent fraud.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU, EEA, or UK, we process your data on the following legal bases:

  • Analytics cookies: Shopify Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, to understand site usage.
  • Marketing cookies: Meta Pixel, for advertising personalization. You can opt out via our cookie banner.

  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Delete your data ("right to be forgotten" — GDPR).

7. Data retention

We retain order data for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting law. We retain marketing subscription data until you unsubscribe. We retain analytics data for 26 months or as configured.

This Store is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

9. International transfers

If you are located outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required for EU to non-EU transfers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced by email to newsletter subscribers.
